Dr. Cannon is a board certified Rheumatologist who joined Arthritis Consultants of Tidewater in 2005. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He completed his residency, chief residency and rheumatology fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia (Virginia Commonwealth University Health System). He is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, and a contributor to the patient education section on arthritis medications (www.rheumatology.org). He is also a member of the Virginia Society of Rheumatology, the American College of Physicians, and has been active in both the Arthritis Foundation and Lupus Foundation of Virginia.
